MEET OUR TEAM
For much of our history, Sreenag Pictures was known as a single-person photography practice led by BRS Sreenag. That is no longer how the practice works.
Over the years, we have built a team around architectural imagery, bringing together people with different backgrounds, perspectives and specialist skills. Our team includes architects, photographers, filmmakers, editors and writers. Our in-house team is supported by a trusted roster of long-standing specialist consultants, with expertise in areas such as aerial imagery, colour grading and interior styling.
We have intentionally built a team with varied skill-sets because every project benefits from more than one perspective and more than one specialist skill. Together, we can approach every project on its own terms, bring the right expertise to every stage of the work: better, faster and without compromise.

BRS SREENAG
Sreenag is the founder of Sreenag Pictures, an architectural imagery practice he established in 2005. Sreenag is the third generation of his family to make a living through a camera. Alongside photography, he developed an early interest in architecture and design, eventually bringing the two together at a time when architectural photography was still a tiny niche in India.
Sreenag's work has been published in architecture and design publications including ArchDaily, Architectural Digest, Architizer, The Architect's Journal, The Architect’s Diary and World Landscape Architecture, among others. His work has also been recognised through the Architectural Photography Awards at the World Architecture Festival, the Tokyo International Foto Awards and other international awards and exhibitions.
Alongside his photography practice, Sreenag is actively involved in teaching, workshops and conversations around architectural photography and design. He has conducted workshops and talks at institutions and architecture platforms across India, and continues to explore ways of sharing knowledge around the practice.

An architect by training, Veslin joined us a few years ago as an intern and immediately made an impression. Since then, he’s grown into the role of the 2nd photographer after Sreenag, primary photo editor and has played a big part in planning our exhibitions and other events.

Varambhan joined us with an eye on bolstering our architecture film and video production work. He came in with a strong interest in cinematography and was instrumental in an evolution of our production and post-production process.

Jayasri brings a new skill-set to our table: architectural writing for publication and an interest in researching architecture and the people behind the work. She is also working with Sreenag on bringing out new episodes of our podcast, Everything Comes Together.

Mohan has worked on the team the longest and was instrumental in our practice’s evolution and growth. After 5 years as a full-time member of the team, Mohan remains a constant collaborator and is responsible for all of our aerial photography & video work. Mohan’s work is also heavily benefitted by the fact that he is an architect himself.
RAJARAJAN GOPAL
COLOURIST
A true expert in his field, Rajarajan brings over 20 years of industry experience as a colourist. Since we started working with him years ago, every single one of our films have been graded by him. Working with a specialist colourist is a big factor in giving out films that perfect polish.
ANGULAKSHMI ANGURAJ
INTERIOR STYLIST
After a stint with us in-house, Angulakshmi left to set up her own architecture practice, and remains our go-to stylist for our interiors photography. Our approach of styling entire spaces, rather than just frames, has always paid off, on a number of published large-scale projects and intimate spaces.
